Problems Creating a SqoolTools Account?


Not receiving email from the SqoolMaster?

Many school district email systems are configured to block, or mark as spam, incoming email from unknown senders.  This may interfere with your ability to receive our email.

If you are not receiving the email from us to confirm your SqoolTools account, please take the following steps.

1. Check your spam folder for email from "SqoolMaster" or the "SqoolTechs Team".

2. Add admin@sqooltechs.com to your email program as an approved sender.  Depending on the email program that you are using look for  "trusted sender's list" or "white list".

3.  If none of these options work for you, send an email to admin@sqooltechs.com and we will manually confirm your account.  Once your account is confirmed, you can use the SqoolTools internal messaging system to communicate with us.

4.  We will send an email to let you know that your account has been confirmed, but it is possible that email will also be blocked.  Wait one day and attempt to login with the username and password that you specified when you registered.

5.  If you are still having problems, email admin@sqooltechs.com from a non-school email account and we will assist you in any way that we can.

Is your email address being rejected by SqoolTools when you attempt to create a new account?

We are blocking certain domains to prevent non-educators from using our service.  If you do not have a district provided email address, we will manually create your account. 

Send an email  to admin@sqooltechs.com with the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • City and State
  • Name and address of your school or district
  • The url to your district website (if you have one)
Once we have confirmed that you are an educator we will contact you with login information.
